Daniel W. Blougouras has over 20 years of legal experience and practices throughout Florida. His practice includes Trust and Estate Planning, Probate, Charitable Contributions, Asset Protection as well as Business, Corporate, Contract and Commercial Law. Dan brings extensive experience from private practice, past practice as in-house counsel for a bank holding and trust company and its affiliates as well as prior practice with a large law firm.

He also worked as a Legal Intern and Research Assistant at the Freedom Forum First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt (FFFAC) in Nashville, Tennessee promoting First Amendment issues while in law school.
